GM parts stores or a dealer service departments seem to command premium prices on these little gadgets. You will not find a lower price than amazon. I installed one on my 98 Corvette (passnger side - though it is my understanding that the same part number applies to the driver's side as well). Works great. This actuator has the "new style" case - i.e: the black plastic case is glued together and not screwed together like the old style. Note: This does not affect the operation or installation of the unit.
