Question: I was unable to buy a truck for bad credit, but the Hispanic couple did, even though they were not US res. Why?I recently moved here from Arizona and my length of employment was less than a year at my current job. I was turned down for that and my credit. I did have a good down payment. When I ask the dealer about the couple next to me, he ask how I knew they were not U.S. citizens and I told him that I was Hispanic and over heard their conversation in detail about their citizenship, their trip to Mexico in the new truck and how it would be impossible for you to track them down. He ask why I did not tell him I was Hispanic and I told him I was there to buy a truck, not talk about my Nationality.
Answer: -This is the way life is, when you get older, you won't think twice about such things, you will just go on down the road and find another way to get what you want. Sure you can get legal action started against anyone, for anything, but after you spend all your money for legal expenses for 2 or more years, then you realize, that you could have just bought a vehicle with all that money you spent to fight someone in court. Sure i know that it's the principle of the issue, that bothers you, but when you go the lawyer and he asks, why do you want to sue this person, he will not understand that you are doing it for the principle, because you can't pay the bills with principles, you need money honey. -Sorry I don't have an answer for your question, but this is yet anotehr reason why we need to do something about illegal immigrants. Which poses another question...
