That's the least likely place to get shot down. -No you will more than likely need to have a good job ( preferably full time) photo id and other id ( signature, home address etc) if you have vnot credit it will just show up saying you have a good credit rating. -You won't get a credit account with Verizon unless you have your parents co-sign or good credit. I had no credit and could easily get a contract with T-Mobile. If you don't want your parents co-sign then you might have to pay a high deductable. -My kids have a pay as you go phone called net 10, available at wall mart or target. The phone cost 88.00 and you can buy 300 minutes for 30.00 and last 2 mos. No contract, plans or credit cards.
