Question: Home Loans with no down payment, 100% financing & with bad credit or no credit?How can I get a home loan with no down payment ,100% financing,& with bad credit or no credit. I'm in the most horrible shape financially of my life and i have a wife and two kids living in another state i'm currently renting an apartment and have found out that my kids are depressed and want to move close to where we used to live i'm hoping to be able to buy a home in indiana or in illinois but first i need to know if i can be eligible for a home loan. can anyone help?
Answer: -If you are in horrible financial shape you have no business purchasing a home. Straighten out your finances first. -Line up co-signors with income and credit during the application process until it goes through.Many cultures use this proven technique, but in some cultures, asking for favors get's in the way. -You can apply for goverment grant or go to a private lender.But in second case you would have to pay a hell lot of interest. -Not sure what your definition of "horrible" is but you never know until you apply.
