This states the company MUST provide documentation of the item they are reporting to YOU or the file must be deleted.How about the credit reporting agency? What type of paper do they have on file? Why are they verifying documents you have not received from the credit furnisher? Why are they re-inserting items removed without notifying you in writing? What about the collection agencies? Why are they not sending you proof of holding this debt? Why are they still verifying and contacting you after they've been sent a DV or ITS? Are they licensed and bonded in their respective states? If not, why are they breaking the laws and reporting your account?
