You should also read the FCRA and the FDCPA to learn your rights as a consumer. -BEWARE!!! most ar thieves that will ruin your credit! leaving you worse off than you presently are. there should be free clinics in your state, but i don't know how to find them... i'm doing my own myself... if they offer to negotiate and make your payments for you, And all you have to do is pay the service a set amount, RUN! if they charge outrageous fees, RUN!
