Question: I would like to find the form letters that credit repair agencies use. Does anyone have this hook-up?
Answer: -The best way to get your credit repaired is to be honest with the reporting companies, simply explain your situation and they can get you going in the right direction. Good Luck.Experian 800-553-4785Equifax 800-685-1111Trans Union 800-888-4213Call the reporting companies & ask questions, they will be happy to help. Also, check each companies web-site, they will have a place to download the forms you need to correct the problem. -If there is inaccurate information on your credit report, follow the dispute instructions provided by the credit bureaus. Many 'credit repair' agencies indiscriminately send disputes for every account and hope someone fails to respond.Sometimes they send letters to all creditors requesting they 'reconsider' any negative information they have submitted on your report. I work in a bank mail-room. I can tell you from personal experience this type of form letter only provides something to laugh about over lunch. If we submitted negative information to your report, I won't buy the "I am a very good customer" line.I can tell a form letter from a 'real' letter in half a sentence.
