What is the best route to go? Debt Consolidation Services or Credit Repair Services?

Question: What is the best route to go? Debt Consolidation Services or Credit Repair Services?I am currently overseas and would like to fix my credit as soon as possible, but definitely do not have the time or the resources to contact my creditors. The internet is the only means possible right now and I would like to know if there is any services out that that stand out above the rest.

Answer: -I would go with the Credit Repair, after all that is what you are trying to do is repair your credit! -Be careful as consolidation agencies don't do anything you can't do for yourself. They just arrange payments and then add their fees on top so you end up in deeper debt. You can negotiate with creditors like they do as they have no legal standing. The free ones are supported by big business to discourage you from filing Bankruptcy.Repair services are not the most reputable and sometimes use illegal remedy's as well as techniques the credit bureaus know about and then they tack their fees on top.Make sure you can trust whoever you deal with by checking them out with people who have used their services.Sometimes Bankruptcy is easier and will repair your credit sooner because the creditor knows you can't file again for seven years and it gets the creditors off your back immediately with a blanket restraining order. -Neither. The best way to get out of debt is to cut up & cancel all but one credit card and swear you will only use it for an emergercy. Then pay 10% of the one with the highest balance--next month pay 10% of the card that has the next highest balance and so on--all the while making at least the minium payments on the others. If you will pay 5 days before the due date your outstanding balance reported to the credit bureau will be the lower amount after your payment is recieved instead of the balance before the payment. Just keep repeating that process until you get all of them paid off. It wont take as long as you think. And Your credit score will be improved deamaticly.
