Answer: AFAIK Chase doesn't offer credit cards to people with bad credit, or in your case no history of credit.If you've had a bank account for some time, your best bet would be to see if they have a credit card for you. They may be more likely to accept since they know your financial habbits.You may also look into other companys for credit, such as Capital One (yeah, I know many people say they suck, but they do offer credit to bad and unknown risk). You may also try American Express Blue as personally that was my first card with no history but I will say that I don't like AMEX. It's not accepted everywhere and the service isn't that great.
